We had a suite (#1206) during our stay. We always stay at this location when visiting SoCal however, it was the first time that we had to deal with a broken shower, torn rug, hole in walls and extended wait time for towels and sheets. Our experiences have always been great for the most part therefore it makes me disappointed to write this type of response. Although we enjoy this location we are optimistic this type of experience will not happen again.

We’ve stayed with Loews before and really enjoy these hotels. Anything that went wrong was directly related to the wildfires in California and not the management of the hotel.

Easy access to tourist places . Noisy and smoky areas around the property . Smoke alarm went off at mid night followed by loud announcement. It was all due to someone from the street smoke in the elevators.

Very friendly staff, which really make you want to visit again. Great hotel, great facilities and lovely view. We did book a room with a view of the Hollywood sign and didn’t get a view but the staff were so nice, we didn’t mind too much. Can’t wait to come back again and stay here!

Beautiful, modern hotel. We had a nice clean room with a great view. Great walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl, and it was connected to the shopping mall with the Hollywood Walk of Fame right next door. Universal Studios just a short ride away. Nice bar and attentive bar tenders and staff. Highly recommend. Will stay there again.
