Basically a run down motel 6 with hard to find staff, hall carpet covered in stains and smelling like dog pee, no screens or safeguards in windows, etc.

Very bad experience with front desk. Don’t even know if I got the correct rate I booked. He seemed very irritated with me just asking a simple question of what the rate he was trying to change my room. Originally booked 2 rooms one king which cost more than the second room 2 queens. I still don’t know if I received the correct rate I will wait until final receipt. Bad service and survey would not let me select 1 star on staff and service option.

Overnight prior to cruise

The whole place is so uninviting . I personally would never stay here again. I now question using Hotel.com . The exterior fools you, it is not bad. But beware as soon as you walk in you realize you may have made a mistake . The place looks nothing like the pictures of the lobby. There was noise above us until 11 pm and started again at 6:30 am. The place is so run down one cannot tell if the place is clean. They charge a $100 damage deposit but I do not think anything in the room is worth the deposit.

Good location, needs renovations

Hotel is old and has not been renovated, bathroom missing towel rack. No hangers, fortunately I had my own. Room was clean and does have a nice view, across the street from the harbor. Ice machines on all 3 floors were not working.

Don't stay here

I have no idea who these people are who are rating this hotel with a rating of 8 - 10. I don't think they actually stayed here. This hotel is gross. The only good thing that I can say about this hotel is that it's very close to the cruise port terminal. I stayed here one night before embarkation on a cruise and the proximity made it easy to walk over to the cruise terminal the next morning. Everything else about this hotel is disgusting. This property was previously a Motel 6, and it feels like the property has not had any renovations, updates, or cleaning since the property changed owners. The room was dirty, the furniture is all damaged/broken, the floors have chips and cracks, the mattress felt like it was from 1965, the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and walls. I added a few photos showing the bathroom area. It's hard to see in the photos but everything is spartan and damaged. Don't stay here. Even if you have to take a short Uber or taxi ride the morning of your cruise, stay somewhere else.

You get what you pay for.....

not-so-good. No security lock on the room door. No coffee at all. No ice at all. No printer to print out our boarding passes. Happy to hear we could leave the car for $10 a day. They should advertise this feature. Room shabby, a good value for a one night stay.

Bathrooms were in need of a face lift. They were rusty and very worn out. Sheets on beds seemed clean. Carpet in hallways need to be replaced and new paint is needed on walls and elevator. Outside was clean and manicured. We stayed there because it was an easy walk to the port for our Cruise the next day.

First room was so bad the wife said no way. Had manager put us in a different room. It was slightly better but noisey, standing water in shower while showering and worst bed I've slept on in a couple decades. We arrived late after a long drive otherwise we would have searched for different hotel.
