One of my favorie properties althought, this trip, my room seemed less taken care of during cleaning. Overall room was clean but i felt areas were skipped or rushed (ottoman was dirty with crumbs, couch was very stained, bathroom trash was left not emptied completely from previous guest.)

Lacking heat
The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. There were 2 major drawbacks though. The thermostat must've been set on some part because no matter what temperature I set it on, the room wouldn't get warm and the 'heater' ran all night. I slept in my lounge pants and socks. The other was the water temperature. We wound up checking out without having a shower because the water would just not get warm enough. I would've brought this up to the person at the front desk, that's if I could've found one.

When we got to our room, first thing we noticed was that the mirrors were dirty so we started to look around and in the shower there was someone’s shaving razor which made me wonder if the restroom was even cleaned. I informed the front desk and they accommodate us to another room on the same floor and same thing happened again. The bathtub was not cleaned since it had hairs & the shampoo/body wash were not refilled. Since it was night already we didn’t want to go through the hassle of informing the front desk again and just wanted to rest. We had to tell the front desk the next morning as we needed to shower and when housekeeping came they mentioned how it was indeed not cleaned but she did an amazing job doing so. I was a little disappointed in this as I had previously stayed there and didn’t have the same experience. The elevator floors needed to be swept too which I noticed the first night I stayed and it just made me feel a bit skeptical seeing how it was still dirty by the 2nd night there.
