The property was just average, the problem was the naked person violently trying to enter my room at 6am. There was lack of support and security for this person and others staying at the property. I chose to leave early and was denied any compensations.

I always stay at high end hotels but I was joining family/friends at the last minute and their resort was really overpricing my last minute request. I Google mapped the area and picked this resort because it was just over a kilometer away and I love walking. I just wanted a clean safe place to rest and a small kitchenette to have a fast snack inbetween adventures. Glasses instead of plastic glasses, a small pot to complement the large one and a few more utensils would bring my overall rating from very good to excellent for this budget star hotel.

Good price , clean and employees responsive to our needs. Kitchen had just bare minimum would have liked a few more kitchen items. The pool is nice but not what I would consider a pool more like a small water feature.

It was our first time staying at Cabo Vista Adults only. Very nice place to stay. Clean, staff is very friendly. Beach umbrellas available. Restaurant and wine bar right there in the same building. Delicious food and very friendly people. We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it.

Very affordable & good value for the $ Along a busy street so request downstairs if you want quiet. Cheap Uber rides to Marina. Also 10 mins Walking distance if you like walking. Rooms are well maintained and have a nice kitchen. Adjacent restaurant & wine bar is excellent!! Nice small & quiet pool.

Nice place, and clean. Had a problem when i registered and ended up paying for an extra night. Expidia blamed the hotel, and the hotel blamed Expidia. I couldn't get it corrected ither place
