The property looks as advertised. Staff frienly. They help manuver around the facilities. I was off site alot and didnt get to stay ans enjoy a full day but definitely will take 1 full day just to explore

Friendly staff, great amenities, clean, safe, Limited dining options but great food. Musical entertainment in the evenings good but the speaker system too loud making it hard to have a conversation during dinner. Turn down the speakers or buy newer better quality ones!

This place was PHENOMENAL. The staff, drinks, and food were out of this world. The only reason for the poor review was because I got charged an extra $360 USD out of nowhere with no explanation and no refund given to me even a month later. Otherwise, the place is amazing and would highly recommend.

What i didn't like were the added fees when we got there. They added a $40.00 resort fee to the room I didn't see that when we booked Wasn't to happy about that since we didn't use the resort. Were there for a wedding and then back home

Sirena was top notch!
This place was unforgettable. We got a great deal on the penthouse and we never wanted to leave the room. The beach was great and we got free snorkeling gear and saw a turtle lay her eggs. Great service too!
