Great place....although the in house restaurant was a bit pricey for what it provided, you would think it could cut down on the prices of the meals there due to all the $$$ it's bringing from people losing at the casino :)

When I made the reservation, it stays parking was included, but the hotel guest parking gets packed at night because the people that come to the casino take over. You end up parking extremely far away from the hotel and it is not safe. Suggestion: The designated area for guest parking should be a check-in point and cars should be identified for a better service.

We got there to check in at 3pm. They said our room was not ready because they were still cleaning it. They told us to wait 40.minutes. i refused and asked for my miney back. They said since it was theough expedia that we would have to call them. They dow graded my room to a standard queen instead of a queen suite and said they would provide a refund. We finally got our room. During the night a woman was out in the hallway yelling and screaming at someone in one of the rooms that would not let her in. This went on for about an hour or 2 and i finally called the desk at 6:30 am. A few minutes later a loud siren went off in all of the rooms in the hotel. When i called the desk they said it was a maintenanece issue and would be fixed soon. It went off and then back on a few minutes later with a voice say "emergency". Our stay was ridiculous and iw would advise against this hotel.
