Roaches and dirty sheets
It had roaches and the sheets were dirty. Front desk then said they’d give my money back but when called Expedia no one could confirm. I would NEVER AGAIN!

It was fine.
Wasn’t a bad experience at all, room was no frills. Allowed me to get a good nights sleep on a travel trip through the Glades and the Keys. My only knock would be that anyone having a conversation in the hallways will sound like they’re in your room. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

The girl who works in customer service does not help you with your money refund if you leave early and when you complain to her she yells at you and hangs up on you. Very bad customer service and since 8 am the cleaners are making a lot of noise. They stole $300 from me because I left early and they didn't want to give me my money back.

Most horrible experience! Room was dirty and not prepped with remnants of previous guests dirty towels and clothes. While out for the day, our belongings in the room were taken out and when we got back the room key was disabled. We had paid for 2 nights already! Items were misplaced and even the tv remote was taken from the room but with no cleaning of the room whatsoever!! What was the point of taking our things???? Worst experience ever!!
