I liked the emphasis on wellness, the unique presence of exercise equipment in each room. Generally very good. Some trouble with the elevators but seemed to be temporary

Great location in Midtown East…
A great option in NYC! Close to Grand Cemtral Station, walkable with suitcases. Plus, easy walk to restaurants on Lexington Ave., Bryant Park and Rockefeller Center. Rooms are New York size as to be expected!

Staff was rude. In the mornings, they consistently ran out of coffee. Upon check out, my husband accidentally left a Nike jumpsuit and I called to see it if they can ship the item and they have not returned my call back.

Expensive breakfast
Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great, central station and Times Square within walking distance. Breakfast was a let down , not much to choose from, mostly egg dishes and the price was really expensive. I asked for toast and got 2 slices for 8 dollers. And no peanut butter.

Nice place, clean. Worth the price overall but annoying to get tagged with a $25 /day “amenity fee.” I’m sure it was in the fine print when I booked through Expedia but I feel like these types of added charges are just a cash grab and a way to understate actual pricing at the time of booking. Other than that, a good option.

What is unique about the hotel is finding out how supportive of fitness they are. Found out they had Peloton bikes in gym but never got to use it, darn it?! All the walking made up for that. The staff was great to deal with, very helpful and kind. All together we enjoyed our stay, clean, quiet and great location. We would definitely stay there again.
