Michelle was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! If all hotels had hospitality like Michelle did- every place would be 5 stars! She’s overly welcoming and super attentive. This hotel is located in the heart of time square! You could walk to just above everything!!!! So many places to eat and lots to get into. Subway access located just about every corner. Hotel staff is friendly, and overall very clean hotel. The only thing that was not really a big deal was that you could sometimes hear the honking of car horns and EMS sirens when they went by. Bed was comfortable and I truly enjoyed my stay‼️ Will definitely book again in the future

Staff was very accommodating. Restaurant was forgettable. It took 5-10 minutes for the hot water to get to the room. On our last day the shower was so hot you couldn’t even cool it enough to get under it. We loved how close the hotel was to time square.
