Our stay at the Westin New York at Time Square was great! The concierge and bell hops greeted us at the door and took care of our luggage. We checked in and they brought our luggage to our room. The check in process was easy and straight forward. Our room was clean and spacious. There were four of us in our room. We had two double beds and it was perfect. I highly recommend the Westin at Time Square.

Booked a 2 queen deluxe and they gave me 2 full beds. Also switched my room 3 times telling me it was queen beds and still ended up with full beds. Ive stayed at this hotel numerous of times around the same time every year and never had this problem. I just wanted what I paid. I was there for a birthday vacation so the room situation was very disappointing which I had my family with me and it wasn't what i expected

Great hotel for safety and convenient walking to Broadway, Times Square and 5th Avenue. Extra fees and taxes not included in expedia price are applied each day and should be included in your budget ahead of time. $150 deposit for each full day is also not included in expedia price but will be returned to your account after your stay. You are charged a $35 daily credit (use it or losed it) you can use at the restaurant/bar but the hours are not the most flexible if you plan on touring NYC most of the day.

The hotel rooms are tiny; at least mine was. The double beds barely fit an adult and an infant- they are most likely full or personal size. When I laid down their was a booger on the sheets. The bathroom sink didn’t drain, a closet door was missing and the room borders and rug were just dirty. Took more than 45 minutes and three phone calls to checkout, to get my car and have the bellboy get my luggage. This is not what I am used to from a Westin. Very disappointing and wouldn’t stay at this location even if it was free. When I got there I was told this was a destination hotel and that I would have to pay an extra fee which I was not aware of.
