In the 5 nights we were there we had our room serviced 1 time, the bathroom light was on a timer with no option to leave on. I showered in the dark daily. The elevator didn’t work the entire time we were there and it was “being serviced” daily. We had to lug our lug up and down the stairs with no assistance. Oh but there was coffee 24/7. This place is an embarrassment to Marriott.

Excellent location between 8th and 9th Avenues so there are tons of eating options around and it’s central to all the attractions of Manhattan! Nice wholesome self-serve breakfast included daily and free coffee and tea all day, Michael at the front desk is a gem, very efficient and helpful.

My experience with both the facility and staff was utterly amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel. You can stay here without any trouble whatsoever. The staff members are friendly, helpful, and kind! The space is clean, accessible, and welcoming! I would highly recommend this location. This hotel is centrally located if you are in the city to see a Broadway show. We had a seven-minute walk to the theater. It was perfect. We’ll be back.

The kitchen is a big plus to our stay especially the microwave. The room is not to bad for the size. The location is very easy access to everything. The only thing is the elevator. It really needs some improvement. It is very slow. But except for the elevator it's overall well recommended. We are absolutely going back again.

Great small hotel close to everything. Right in the theater/hells kitchen district and a few minutes to Times Square - theres alsona subway station a minites walk so easy access to wider NYC. Room was beautifully clean and we'll equipped, everything we needed for a city break as a couple (would be on the small size for more than 2 if using the sofa bed) The staff were all very welcoming and friendly, and the included breakfast was super handy and saved on eating out in the mornings which was a bonus! Would recommend and stay again! Thanks to the whole townplace suites team for a wonderful stay!

We loved being able to walk to many major Christmas attractions. The staff was courteous. The room was clean and we got upgraded to a suite. The only negative was the pullout sofa bed was not comfortable, but very few are.
