Good stay. Couple of light maintenance needed to our room (220). Needs to paint the walls where the spackle is lost, fix the towel bar in the shower and the crack in the floor tile in the bathroom. Accidently spilled something on the floor in front of the microwave/fridge area and wiped it up with one of the white washcloths. Was grossed out to learn that floor was that dirty. There were also stains in the carpet. I wish we were offered firm pillows and not just the soft ones. I couldn't sleep due to the lack of a firm pillows and the bed wasnt really supportive. The pool area used an extra amount of chlorine which was very strong. Breakfast was good and staff interactions were uneventful. Lovely Christmas tree in the lobby and nice pictures of the falls in the rooms. Overall, not a bad stay and would consider staying there again.

Great stay, only a easy 40 min drive to Highmark Stadium. 10 mins from niagara falls park. Restaurants and shopping centers all within five mins drive. Stayed in a suite it was large and comfortable. The room did need some updating but nothing to complain about.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. It's a budget hotel with all basic facilities, like pool, gym, etc. Really spacious room (we had booked a suite) The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Only serves breakfast from 7-10am. We selected this hotel because it mentioned it provides an infant crib / bed. But all they have is a playpen that converts into a makeshift crib. We could not let our baby sleep in it coz it did not seem comfortable. Everything else was good.

So the shower would not turn on and the people above us had kids that just ran and stomped their feet all night long. The people next to us got up at 6 am and were very noisy. When asked have our room moved the lady at the front desk just said she will talk to the people and have maintenance come fix the shower but could not take a bath either due to the pull for the shower.

the staff there just honestly seem to hate it there. Especially the male cleaner and the cooker they had the audacity while people were still eating to have a full on conversation so loud and staring so we could leave the dinning room. The kitchen was closed we get that but the dinning room wasn’t. Overall those two male staff were the only downfall of our stay.
