The hotel was great there was some remodeling going on at the end of our floor hallway. The construction made the hallway downright freezing. Other than that everything was great.

The place is close to the boarder and the outlet with many dining options nearby. There is no on site EV charging station, so be mindful if that's what you are looking for. The sound proofing isn't the best, so we could hear noise from other rooms which disturbed our sleep.

we were placed where we can see lights from the highway and worse could hear it well. if only the cars passing by were like counting sheep in my sleep then we would rate our stay better. The noise didnt help woth my child with special needs. The room was not cleaned. you can tell by the corners of the room were very dusty. Thankfully we brought our slippers. we asked for extra pillow to see if it will help but we were given one. sadly this stay was disappointing as this is usually our go to hotel when we are in town.

Front Desk service not very good. There was a paint job going on the 2nd floor with a strong smell. I was not informed and was given the rooms. I complained the front desk. The heating system in the room was old not so good. Washroom toilets was not working properly. There was no exhaust for the shower.
