It was all good. The room amenities was mentioned microwave . I booked only because of that as I had small kid. But there was no microwave in room. I had go to common place in different floor to hear kids food

We were 2 life long friends meeting for a one night visit (and a break from our husbands). The Palazza hsppened to be our mid-way point. The price was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable. It had an amazing free breakfast. The pool was heated, cabanas sitting around the lake. All in all we couldnt have been more pleased.

We did a night’s stay here as we traveled through Orlando. We loved the rooms and breakfast was fantastic. They have taken care to go above and beyond in a lot of little details that make the place unique and a fun place to stay.

The hotel is very clean and the staff wa extremely helpful. My only complaints are my room phone was not work properly and there were no blankets in our room. I had to go and request blankets and when I did, one came with a hole it. Beside this issues everything went well.
