This hotel was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The door on our hotel did not even close all the way because it had clearly been kicked in before and was warped due to the damage. The carpet was damp. The shower had hair in it, and was falling apart everywhere. The bedding was dirty with stains. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and small bugs flying around the sink. There weren’t any outlets to plug phones in near the bed, but it wouldn’t matter because the rest of the outlets in the room either didn’t work or were so loose that the plugs wouldn’t stay in them. Terrible hotel. Our friends stayed in way better hotels just a couple minutes away for the same price. Don’t stay here.

Cockroaches. I paid $365 for 15 minutes with cockroaches. I canceled my reservation. Staff asked if the cockroaches were by the toilet and microwave, which was astoundingly accurate. Staff said they’d refund one night of my 2-night stay, and that the manager would refund the other night if I contacted Expedia to set it up. I received no refund. Don’t stay here.

There was only one lock that worked on the door ; found 2bugs in the room; smell going into the room was horrible; smelled like insecticide; had to air out. Was not “welcoming”

Not thrilled with room

The rooms were overpriced ($245 a night). The property is very dated and run down. Water damage on ceiling, bath tub peeling and stained. Carpet were dated and dirty. Our biggest issue was the floor in our room was seriously slanted down to the middle of the room. The side of the rooms were visibly higher then the middle. To the point the dresser drawers wouldnt stay closed.

Inexpensive ( for the area ) but dated

We were in town for a ball tournament, so didn’t spend much time at the hotel. Hot tub and pool area were great! Rooms were old and in poor condition. If you like fancy.. this is not your type of place. Beds were good.. sheets clean.. AC worked. Door lock cards stopped working consistently through the stay. Desk staff were nice No housekeeping service during the Five days, were told that if we needed fresh towels to go to the front desk.

There are Better Choices

The facility needs to be renovated. We did not have hot water for a bath or shower for example because the handles were worn out. The tub was stained and one wouldn't want to sit in it. Wallpaper was stained. Carpets on the stairs (our room was on the second floor) were torn and very dirty. Also I had no idea that at 80 years of age, I would have to carry my suitcase up a flight of stairs. No assistance available. Maid service skipped two days so trash wasn't removed. I had to call for towels to be sent to the room at a minimum. I was very disappointed because it carries the Wyndham name and I have fond memories of a Wyndham hotel where I stayed in St. Paul, Mn. years ago.

The location is conveinent. The room needs a total refresh. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom has mold on the ceiling, the baseboards are filthy, the carpet has rips that are covered with tape, the shower curtain is filthy and has a hole in it, the steps that lead to the upper level are unsafe. The rate for the room is way overpriced. The property is basically a dump in my opinion. It should be inspected by the city and go under a license review. Especially the health concerns that the mold in the bathroom can cause. To sum it up, I would never stay there again.

Room was clean, although in a some disrepair. Shower curtain was starting to come out of the wall so the shower leaked all over the floor no matter what I tried. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Woke of every morning with back, neck, and hip pain. Pillows are so lumpy! Outdoor hot tub and pool area was nice.

Not bad if you have low expectations

Pros: Bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good spray, coffee available 24 hrs, close to downtown. Evening staff was nice Microwave and refrigerator worked. Cons: Carpet on the stairs were torn, entire hotel needs work, Room was dirty, top drawer was missing from dresser, keys worked intermittently I could even hear the maids having trouble with them, If you are not at all picky and just want a place to sleep, shower and store your stuff at a good rate this might work for you.

Clean. My reservation for a king bed was not available, but staff moved me to a two queens bed room. My mattress sagged to one side. TV and heater were good. I went to the jacuzzi one early evening and there was a homeless man using the jacuzzi to clean up. The pool and jacuzzi were fenced but the gate was unlocked. The room was affordable.

Motel in hotel clothing

It's old and dilapidated. Parking lot is all bust up. Really surprised it's branded. Not up to normal experience at all.
