Excellent stay. Rooms very clean. Just need a place to hang the towels on the bathroom. It’s too far to get the dry towel after showering. There should be a place to hang and access the towels easily.

Family Holiday Gathering
Family gathering in three rooms for one week over Christmas holidays. For seasoned travelers, stay was about average with positives and negatives balancing out. Housekeeping service was spotty with some days completely missed and some items not replenished - had to go to front desk to ask for lacking items several times. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite booked had plumbing problems and TV that didn't work that required a change of rooms - luckily another suite was available. Very convenient location withing walking distance of Old Town shops and restaurants. Since we love San Diego, our vacation was a positive experience.

This is do over! Staff was great...we had an issue during our stay.. the toliet wasn't flushing properly but they had maintenance come fix it right away. Room was very clean when we arrived and we enjoyed breakfast at the hotel too. Great place. Short drive to nearby shopping and dining.

It was nice and clean i enjoyed both nights. I like how its not to far from the beach and from dowtown. Also i like hiw its just right off the freeway and easy to find.

I didn't like that you have to pay extra to stay park on the property . Also they dont offer continental breakfast . The food though was excellent .
