Location is perfect and close to everything. The room was clean. Parking is 20 dollars.

The property was run down. The sink and tub didn’t drain, it took 30 minutes to get warm water, there was a sewage smell near the pool, and people kept sliding flyers under our door. Won’t stay here again.

The room service should always change the cleaning towels that they use on each room because I noticed that my room was clean until the I had service and the floor towels that they used had bus and dirt from another room. The service was everyday which was great thank you.

Property overall was quiet and well taken care of, rooms were cleaned perfectly daily, outdoor pool and hot tub were a pleasant surprise, better than others I've been to.

Okay Stay

It was okay. Room was clean but building is older and run down a bit. One of the stove pilots didn't work; tub could have been cleaner; and the room door didn't open easily. The pool and spa were nice but my shorts smelled awful afterwards and had to wash them so it detoured me from going into the spa again. On the flip side, the location is great and convenient for travel with a little market walkable. There was plenty of parking but that's an up charge of $20, which is pricey and annoying given the advertised deal. There is a burger place on the other side of parking street which was convenient. Overall, an okay stay.

Rooms are spacious, clean and property is located near mall, zoo and old town San Diego. Easy check in and check up via app/ text. Ask for quiet room not near elevator or stairs and I was accommodated.
