"We stayed at the Hotel Riu Palace for about a week. The experience was fantastic. Staff was friendly, the facilties were beautiful and there was a real effort made to make it as clean as possible. Our hotel room was seemingly cleaned anytime we left the room (mopping sand, new towels, new sheets, etc. multiple times a day). I got the feeling there was more than enough staff to thoroughly take care of each customer. I never felt like there was any crowds and the associated stress."
