This is a 2 1/2 star property at best. It looks like a transformed Best Western or something equal in value. The rooms had old fixtures, 1970s beige desk phones, trim that didn’t match up, old sprinkler systems that didn’t fit into the ceiling etc. We were given one room that had a small door hanging from its hinges behind an outdated sofa. When I asked to move rooms, I was told all upper floor rooms had the same configuration. We were given a first floor room that at least had 2 large windows. The tv would not change stations and the toilet did not work properly. When I told the front desk, I was told you can only change rooms once. Will NEVER stay here again!!

In addition to a comfortable, the facilities were tops. The gym, breakfast, shop and bar were all great. Service was friendly and fast. Check in and check out were both easy.

Loud "Superior Room" with terrible view!

The staff and hotel are fine. I reserved a "superior room"–– which had done on another visit and the room was quiet and faced the pool courtyard area––but this time, it faced the street and a huge lot that served the the municipal buses. It was impossible to nap in the afternoon as LOUD traffic kept roaring up the street for a few hours. My wife and I were very dissapointed that we recieved an inferior room location (The hotle was half empty). Maybe Expedia has slid lower on the rooms they contract with the hotel.

Loved our stay!

The experience was great from check in to check out. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our room was ready a little prior to check in time. We settled in and took a short walk to Fisherman’s wharf. Breakfast was so impressive the next day. Some of the bread and pastries were brought in from a local bakery. Very fresh and so much to choose from. Check out quick and easy.

First … when I paid you you said it’s include all taxes and fees . On my arrival I had to pay 41$ for some nonsense.. ( WiFi pool etc … WiFi did not work .. we had to have a tech to fix the heat .. no pressure on water .. I would never use this hotel again .. and you better be more up front and don’t lie to me . I am planning disputing discharge. This is an insult.. shame on you .
