Excellent area to get to all the tourist sites. Very clean. Buffet is awesome, just as pictured on the website. Only wish they would have coffee somewhere that you could have during the day and that you could take coffee with you from the buffet in the morning. Beds were comfortable as well. Would stay here again.

Great location, best spot closest to all the shops/pier/dining/activities...all walkable for the most part. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, it gets extremely crowded, however they have a good system down that keeps the flow moving. The room was big, bedding comfortable, separate bathroom but it would be really nice if there was a separate light for the toilet area at night instead of having to turn on the big bathroom light. The hotel hallways are long!! Only having 1 elevator in function is annoying but you make do. The pool area is nice and big! The lobby is very big and outdoor seating with firepits is nice too! Parking is expensive but there is a parking garage nearby that is a good $20/night cheaper but no in-out. If you need in/out, then you're stuck w valet. Very nice hotel. We would stay again.

I enjoyed the stay. The outside neighborhood was somewhat scary. The water pressure in the shower was very low. Other then these 2 things, it was a good stay. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

The hotel was well appointed for the Fishermans wharf area, however there was a pervading odour of 'weed' whenever we left the hotel. Parts of the immediate area are quite run down and tatty and fentanyl users visible around this area and Union Square, however, never felt at risk. Rooms were comfortable, cleaned and towels changed daily - no towel rail to air/dry towels which isn't very eco friendly. Laundry service was expensive. Breakfast was included, a well stocked buffet proved very popular and had to queue for upto 30mins for a table. Food was of reasonable quality. There is a small snack facility in the bar area which served surprisingly good pizza. The gym was very limited.

Our stay was great in every way. The first morning when we went for breakfast, there was a long line, but it went VERY quickly and efficiently. Not only were the hot and cold food selections plentiful, but the staff was finding tables for everyone so there was no wandering and looking for a table. Very well done!
