While the property itself was nice, the experience fell far short of expectations, especially considering the price point. First, we were placed in a room with a view of the pipes and the opposite side of the hotel—essentially no view at all. The AC/heat unit in our room was broken, leaving us unable to cool the room down, which made for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, some lights in the room did not work, and to top it off, there was no complimentary shower gel provided—a basic amenity most hotels of this caliber typically include. On top of all that, there was a $20 resort fee per night, which seemed entirely unjustified given the hotel’s location and the lack of any “resort-like” features to warrant such a charge. While I appreciate the overall quality of the hotel, these issues made the stay feel far less luxurious than I had hoped for. For the amount I paid, I expected much better.

Resort Fee for No Reasons
I have been staying at this hotel for any years, bit now I consider staying somewhere else. The $20/ day resort fee for absolutely no reason is a bit too much, especially when it doesn’t even open their workout room until 8am. Business people work at 8am, they can’t go to the gym in the morning if they’re open at 8am. The staff is fantastic though!

Whenever I stay in Stockton I always try to stay at this hotel. In my opinion it's the nicest hotel in Stockton. The rooms are nice size, clean and has most everything youll need for a nice stay. The only thing I have negative to say about the rooms is that they dont give you tea with the in room coffee service. Other than that I definitely give it a thumbs up.

Quick stay was great. Updated nice looking Hotel. Nice bar and grill area with good food and drinks. Courtyard has lots of room for large groups. Fireplaces in some of the sitting areas. Had some decent pizza. Theres also a small restaurant at the end of the bar. Arena is right across the street. Front desk is quick and efficient. Early check-in may be a no go.
