Elevator kept breaking down. Response was that it was old. When it was fixed, it took about 30 seconds to response to close the doors, etc. Carpets in hallway and room were stained and felt grimy. Mold in the bathroom.

A very good stay and the room was very large and nice. The staff was professional, and the breakfast was excellent. Although the property was a bit dated, not a real issue and would stay here again when in Tuscon. My only complaint was that during a stay of 3 nights, the room was never serviced (beds made, trash removed).

Muchos drogadictos rentan ahí y pasan la noche drogandose,fuera de eso. El lugar está 2-3 , muy viejo. Parece más un hotel de 70$ no de 110$

We checked into one room-the elevator was not working properly, there was soot on the bed & the sink stopper was broken. They gave us another room clear on the other side of the property- the elevator was out of order. The key cards would not open the room THREE times, so maintenance had to come let us in the room, he also made 2 trips to fix the lock and finally give us key cards.

The hotel room was dirty, stains all over the carpet, stains on the bathroom counter, bathtub and broken dirty lampshades. We pre-purchased, and there were no refunds. We stuck it out for a few days, bought bleach for the tub, did not step on the carpet barefoot, wore slippers the entire time. Elevator was broken. Staff was very friendly, although the hotel was out of pillows, I found that to be odd. Kitchen staff was extraordinary helpful and kind.

Everytime it seems when I stay here, tub drains are clogged up and have to plunge myself to unclog.. this time around elevators were no good, felt like I was gonna get stuck in there with no a/c. Very hot inside, as well as stairs

Nice hotel with helpful staff. We had the one bedroom suite which was quite big with a separate bedroom. The room was carpeted so it has a nasty smell though. No housekeeping during our 3 night stay. The room key card was deactivated every day around noon so it was annoying having to go to the front desk to get it reactivated. Breakfast was OK but a few healthier options (like fruit) would have been appreciated.
