Stayed for a week over Christmas with my teenage children. We had an amazing time, staff was always kind and polite and more than happy to help with anything we needed. Rooms were decent as well.

Although the hotel was fine as a whole, I’m extremely disappointed in the staff. I know, without a doubt, that I had forgotten a pair of brand new pants, that were quite pricey, in our room. When I realized the next day and called the hotel, they said the pants had never came up when housekeeping cleaned the room. I’m still holding out hope that they will come about, but I’m incredibly disappointed and do not recommend booking for this reason alone.

Expensive stay for one night.
Was okay, until I was charged twice for my stay. $900 one night stay. Will see how long it takes them to fix this, which shouldn’t have happened in the 1st place since I paid upon arrival.
