One of the four pillows in our room had a u-shaped blood stains on it. When we recognized it we were ready to sleep and let the front desk know in the morning when we checked out. The heater was very noisy and woke us multiple times during the night.

Arrived at 3 and room wasn’t ready which was okay as I was early. Checked at 4 and room still was not ready. At 530 room was still not ready and I had to take a different room. Further away from my daughter and her kids. I was helping them with the kids. We had a function to go to at 530 and I couldn’t shower or get ready. Thoroughly disheartened by this. We pay good mo ey for these rooms and count on having them when we arrive.
