On checking in we were informed that our case had already been taken to our room, which was great as we didn’t have to carry it up 3 flight of stairs to our room as there is no lift. Room was clean & well appointed with full amenities. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had an amazing couple of days in London. The hotel is conveniently located nr Victoria Station and also a two min walk to apollo theatre where we saw wicked. The hotel was quiet even though it's located so well. So we slept very well with no noise from the streets below. The breakfast was the best we have had as a buffet style. It literally felt like we was abroad on holiday. The food was world class. The room, having a king bed was lovely. Plenty of space and if I moved, it doesn't wake my partner up. The shower was great. Great pressure and warmth. (which is something we didn't get at a different hotel) - makes all the difference. The room was clean and the air con/ heating easy to use. "
