"Great gem if you are visiting Vancouver for a short period of time. I was attending the CFL Grey Cup so this place served it's purpose. Staff was polite and friendly and manager put me in the 1 bedroom suite with a fantastic view from the 9th floor so I appreciated that. Only drawback is the property is a bit old and it's showing it's age. With some upgrades to furniture and painting in the hallways, etc. This could increase the star rating, but I wouldn't mind staying here. "

We were able to get into our room early and then do some shopping before dinner which was very helpful. The grandkids loved the pool. They said it was nice and warm. We were also given a later check-out which was very helpful as well. Will definitely stay there again."
