"Everything was great!"

"This hotel is really well located, just aside a Loblaws and a 1min walking from College Station (line 1). The staff is courteous, smiling, energetic & very professionnal. The room is small but the furnitures are well-adapted, the bed was large enough and comfy. The only sad thing was that windows were letting a small drift of cold air get inside the room, but after talking with the staff, they will take care of it as soon as possible. The small bathroom was well-provided with towels and other amenities, and the shower was working well, despite the washer tape of the pommel need to be re-done (water was leaking, but it didn't cause any serious issue not affected the water pressure) I let the staff know about it and I'm confident they will resolve the situation quickly. Outside of the minor problems, I still think it's a very good place to stay and I would not hesitate to come back for another stay! 🙂"

"The room was clean and comfortable. However, the shower head was broken and splashing water everywhere, couldn’t have a proper shower. Not a big deal, it was just for one night. At the checkout, when we informed the front desk about it, they apologized and graciously waived the parking fee to compensate. In total a great experience."
