Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The gym and pool was also great including the steamshower, sauna and hot tub. The hotel did have some elevator issues (down to 1 from 3), which caused delays but I would hope and assume that was a one time issue. Would stay here again.

Pricey but worth it for all that it offers. The location is within walking distance to theatres, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is beautifully decorated and staff provide exceptional service.

From the outside, it doesn't look like much (this is the case for all the other hotels in the surrounding area) but once you enter inside the hotel it's giving luxury. The valet staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel lobby staff were very welcoming. For my first 5-star hotel experience I didn't know what to expect but Shangri-La definitely exceeded my expectations on service, luxury, cleanliness, interior design, and aesthetics.
