"Excellent trip. Very convenient location near attractions and shopping malls. Only issue was front service. It was very slow and it seemed like they did not have enough staff. They were however very polite. "

It is connected to a Shopping Center which has great shops and food...even McDonald's! The Customer Service is exceptional! Lisa is very kind and knowledgeable! Ash is the epitome of Customer Service. She goes Above and Beyond to make sure that Customers are truly Happy and Well taken care of! LYF Live Your Freedom is exemplified throughout the Unique Design, Decor, and Funky sayings throughout! It is Avant Guard in such a positive way!"

"My first room had malfunctioning airconditioning, and the beds are very firm. Staff moved me to a new (ice cold!) room very quickly, and arranged for additional duvets. Excellent service. The cafe in the lobby also makes good iced lattes, too. Note I find many beds much too firm in Asia, its more a commentary about my side sleeping and bony hips than it is about the facilities."
