"We visited President hotel without knowing what to expect but let me tell you, location was great, super close to the beach and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and the front desk was super nice to us upgrading us to penthouse room for no extra cost. The only think they could improve is the elevator that was slow. Definely looking forward to come back again."

"It was fantastic! The hotel and the staff were wonderful! I selected this hotel based on good reviews and I confirm it is really an excellent hotel. Very clean, hard to hear other rooms, delicious breakfast at its sister property and the pool with warm water, staff very attentive and helpful. Specially the lady at front desk (Lourdes) who helped me on my requests always with her beautiful smile. And, the technician (Leo) who helped me for my room windows to avoid noise (I’m so sensitive to noise). My room was ocean view as requested and I stayed 1 week enjoying my 1st trip to Miami. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and I will be back. Thanks ;)"
