Rooms had no refrigerator or microwave. The smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Room was small and located by the busy street all I heard was traffic and loud music. Phone in room didn’t work and ice machine was out of order. Had to go to the front desk to ask for ice after waiting for an hour for someone to bring me ice I used my phone to call the hotel because the phone in the room didn’t work. They said someone was coming and if I didn’t receive it and 5 five minutes to call back of course they didn’t come I waited 12 minutes and I called back they stated someone is coming 10 minutes later someone finally comes with ice. Not to forget the elevator is raggedy.

The cleanliness needs to be better. I had to kill a bug in the room, there was an undetectable substance stuck on the floor. The tv wasn’t working.

My flight got canceled twice due to the hurricane and this hotel doesn’t want to help me with the matter that I was unable to arrive and I feel like it wasn’t my fault that I was unable to get there and they won’t even reach out to me to discuss a resolution to my problem with the booking due to bad weather with was out of my control so I won’t be staying at this hotel when I do get a chance to visit Miami when the weather is better

The elevator was broken the property looked old and run down the bathroom dirty ,needed to be caulked no place to put your belongings in the double room ,guests yelling and loud all hours of the day and morning not pleased with my stay overall
