Inside of the room was very outdated chips on the dresser and chest wasn't very appeasing to the eyes. The surround areas was very convenient. The rooftop was very nice. Also if you get any makeup on sheets or pillow cases they will charge you money

First, I believe they didn’t give me the correct room. I selected a Superior King room and a friend selected a regular King room. My room was half the size of hers, the sink was outside the bathroom, the bed was stiff and the frame was very noisy, the water pressure in the shower was low and it took forever for the water to get hot. There was also no heat in the rooms and space heaters had to be requested. The restaurant served breakfast but only offered mimosas or margaritas with no coffee or tea. The staff was great and accommodating, but I wish that the reviews matched the reality of this location.

When i first arrived the room was a mess there was a fan in the shower a towel on the chair & pillows in disarray , I went to the front desk & it was quickly resolved with another room that was a lot better. my overall experience after that was good

COMFORTABLE ROOM IN THE HEART OF THE ACTION
What an amazing location. Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, very clean, and I was very happy. It is a little loud, but that is what you get for being in the center of all the action. Also, my room was not ready until 330pm. I arrived around 1030am and they said they would text me when it was ready. They did not, I even asked multiple times. It was finally ready. Overall, I loved it.

This hotel is in an excellent location, great spot to access shopping, bars, restaurants and the beach. The rooftop pool is great, with good views. Expect the room to be small. Even with an upgrade to a “bigger” room, space was a bit tight.

Probably would not. Stay at this property again. It's a good location in south beach. Elevators are so small cant fit luggage cart. Woman screaming in the middle of the nignt no one did anything about it. If i was yoinger this hotel would be good but probably not again fore. Bathrooms were good staff was nice.

I would stay here 10 times over. I was so impressed with the size of the room - a luxury in the heart of South Beach. Room was exceptionally clean and convenience was a 10!

Never come to here! It’s not the room for sleeping. The Expedia doesn’t show that it’s nighttime club bar, and the loud music stays maybe until 2 am! Likely you are sleeping in the bar! In addition, the hotel is close to street, and the loud traffic over whole night!
