The property was not at all as shown in the picture, while booking the property. Room had a bug hole in ceiling due to previous water leakage. All night there was sound of water flowing in the pipes, which was very annoying.

Hotel was in a nice building and good neighborhood. Floors were squeaky as it was an old building. Parking was not on property, it was street parking with a 2 hour limit. Also the lack of an elevator was difficult with luggage.

La chambre obtenue n'était pas du tout comme sur les photos. Elle était au sous-sol. Il y avait de mauvaises odeurs dans le couloir. Les salles de bain du plancher étaient sales et mal éclairées. À notre arrivée à l'accueil, la réceptionniste nous a indiqué qu'elle ne voyait pas notre réservation. Nous avons pu obtenir une meilleure chambre pour les deux nuits suivantes, mais nous avons été très déçus que la chambre ne corresponde pas du tout à ce qui était affichée dans l'application.

the reception at the front desk was cold and unfriendly-we were there for 3 days and the room was never made up or cleaned they told us this was there policy - no change of towels for the full duration of stay they supplied no shampoo all we got to clean up was small bar soap This Hotel should not be recommended by Expedia.

Très vieil hôtel rénové en gardant le cachet d'autant. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable. Pas d'ascenseur toutefois donc difficile pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Très calme. On n'entend pratiquement rien des autres chambres.

We had 2 rooms. Neither had working A/C and were uncomfortably warm. We did get a credit for that. The room was very spacious, but the floors were very dirty. The staff was accommodating, but not much they could do. The restaurant downstairs had decent food and good service.
