First room was terrible, looked like a party room. Then found bugs in the bathroom. Was upgraded to a different room with a king size bed. The bed was horrible, when you sat on it, it would fall off whatever was holding on it. Mattress was hard. Also found bugs in the bathroom the next day. Let’s say, will not be coming here again.

Overall dirty hotel
Everything in the hotel was in a state of disrepair. The room wasn’t clean and what was “cleaned” was not done well. I won’t come back here.

The place was very run down. Once we checked in we were told that we could use the second entrance to get to our room. We drove around the hotel to find the second entrance. The entrance was not welcoming at all and wasn’t very secure. The awning or paneling around the entrance was missing exposing the metal frame. You didn’t need to scan your room key to get in or anything so just anyone could walk in. When we were walking down the hallway to our room there was one room with the door wide open, obviously not being used. There was no furniture. It just looked like a dumping ground for the hotels stuff that they don’t know what to do with. There was one door where the handle was completely missing. Once we got to our room we walked in and were immediately greeted with cigarette smoke. The bathroom door looked like someone punched it. The fire alarm looked like it was from the 70’s. The popcorn ceiling was chipping away. One of the out lets only had one working outlet. We paid 140 dollars to stay here. It was definitely not worth it. I would have rather slept in my car.

This place was in rough shape. We booked a king size room and instead got 2 full size beds. Light didn’t work, dead bolt didn’t work, door handle was broken, bathroom had numerous stains on the ceiling. It was a last minute booking but for the price I expected more

I can only say that the beds had fresh sheets, the toilet flushed and water warm for showering. The first room we were given had a used washcloth, wet and dirty in the tub, used towel and various stages of bottled water in the fridge…(some full, some parts gone…most likely left behind)…what looked like months of accumulated dust on countertops and furniture….the second room had a German Cockroach on the wall (but was moving slow, so I figured it had been recently fumigated)…I killed it….The parking lot had sketchy-looking people walking all about. We were concerned about our car…not a very safe feeling

The room was nice but very sketchy staying there. In the first few minutes of being there the sheriff department was there. Then awhile later an officer was pounding on a door just down from us. Made me nervous for who may be staying there.

The only upside to my stay was that there was no extra charge to “upgrade” my room to 2 Doubles and a pull out. My room connected to their old conference centre so there was no natural light at all. The light in the bathroom did not always work. There was a sticker on the bathroom mirror that said if you are not happy to call the front desk, kind of hard to do when there is no phone in the room. The other room in our party had a leaking tub. They had to use the towels to dry the floor and we’re not given new ones by house keeping. The side entrance into the building did not properly latch so just anyone could walk into the building. None of the photos are accurate in the advertising of this hotel. The pool and water park were closed (did not learn this till check in). I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else then give your money to this hotel.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Filthy carpets, rusting bathtub and shower, holes in the bed sheets, trash littered throughout the property, stench of tobacco smoke and pet stains in the hallways, terrible mattress, no towel service unless you specifically request it. The entire place is gross.

I arrived in the evening, and the lobby was filthy. Immediately five men showed up and surrounded me at the desk one of them looking over at the gentleman, checking the end I was extremely uncomfortable and more so when the gentleman checking in yelled out the room number I was to be staying in. Once in my room, the TV did not work, the deadbolt did not work, and despite it being the end of summer, the heat was on high. I am not confident that sheets were clean, but I was too tired to do anything else. Also, it took over 15 minutes for them to get my key working to even get in the room. he accused me of putting it by my phone but then And realized it wouldn’t work for him either after he did it. He then put me in a different room. I’m not sure I have ever been as scared to sleep in a place.
