While the property was beautiful, I got food poisoning as did my fiancé. On our last day when he felt well enough to go golf the folks he met said their wife also got sick.

The overwhelming stench of sewage in the common areas, to include the restaurants, was much too much to bear. We actually left one meal at the steakhouse because the stench was just too much. That’s my fourth visit to this location, but by far it has changed my opinion of this hotel.

This property was as secured and quiet as I ever have seen. If you love fresh fruit, desserts, and variety of meats, this place has it. The bathroom experience is one that you will have t adjust, but once you learn the shower mode, you will be ok. The jet massage in their pools is excellent for those who need a back massage. "I shall return" is my motto.

The rooms were old and the shower was moldy in some areas but it was still clean I would say overall. The beach and pool areas were great. The drinks were strong enough for me and service was fast. Plenty to do without leaving the resort if you like to just relax and hang around. The buffet could be better though.
