Where to start with a once truely loved resort of mine. Lets start with check in not enough agents to check us in,lobby was unorganized and the legendary timeshare people were all over you trying to sell you timeshare weeks. Luggage was taken right away for the bell hop to start and make money on you. It was 445 pm check in was 3pm our room was ready why not just let us keep the luggage! This resort is all inclusive but get ready for the the hidden fees. Now let me note i had come to this resort 10 years ago and it was one of my favorite resorts. Once in room my room was very worn out tiles cracked basebord mouldings missing. Hole in the ceiling with water damage coming down the wall. My daughter's room had no glass shower door and the toilet room door which was glass also gone. Front door to the room would stay locked unless you pulled it. Called front desk they did nothing but send a candy basket. Dinner the first night we were meet with 1 hour 45 minute waits. They boost 14 or so restaurant s BUT 2 you have to nake reservation for 2 others are not inckuded and you have to pay to eat. The rest are first come first serve for the regular peasant BUT if you're a legendary member you can get whatever you want. Lunch at the pools where the peasants are allowed always ran out of hamburgers. They did have have hot dogs available most of the time. BUT the legendary member only pools 2 of them had higher quality and quantity of food. Also let me mention the 5 pools near the

We went here for my wife & I’s first wedding anniversary & we were disappointed to say the least. This place nickels & dimes you for every little thing. There’s a reason people book vacations to all-inclusives… mostly everything is supposed to be included. Not the case here & on top of that the staff was terrible. No one knew how to direct us places when we didn’t know where we were going, their card chip reader screwed up our deposit so we couldn’t charge anything on our room & staff members just weren’t very friendly/happy. They dictate where you can & can’t sit at the beach. They dictate what pools you can go to. I’d say 1/4 of the place was under construction too including the main pool which no one shared with us before coming. On top of that, the AC in our room barely worked in 90 degrees the entire trip. Do yourself a favor & either pick a different location to visit or stay at a different resort in Punta Cana, don’t waste your money here.

booked 2 rooms for family trip chose this property for water slides all but 2 slides for teens were closed. Multiple pools closed very long wait for room service if it even arrived upgrading rooms had to request the upgraded items never received the upgraded pillows! Will never return

Here’s a revised version of your message with improved format and clarity: I had a disappointing experience with the staff at the resort. After traveling for over 10 hours, I arrived at the main entrance, only to be informed by the bellman that there was no available parking. I was directed to a parking area five minutes away, while my family, who had been waiting for me, was left at the entrance without any offer to help them inside. Additionally, it was my son’s 4th birthday on the day of check-in. The receptionist didn’t find it necessary to give him a wristband. The next day, when I tried to take him to the kids' center, we were denied entry because he didn’t have the required wristband. I had to return to the lobby to resolve this issue and finally get him one. After he was admitted to the kids' center, I received a call 15 minutes later informing me that I would be charged because their system indicated my son was underage, despite his age being confirmed at the front desk. For a 5-star resort, I believe the staff needs better training on procedures and should show more empathy towards guests

Everything from when we arrived till the day we left was nothing but great service! One that stood out from all other staff was Gustavo that works in Isla Restaurant. He was on it. Great and very. Thank you again for the great service. One other the thing is the hotel is huge! We did a lot walking so we got our workout in. ☺️

The hotel and its rooms are very nice. We received very good service, but for me, the hotel is too big, which means you waste a lot of time moving from one place to another and when it rains it is very uncomfortable to get to the restaurants. Otherwise, excellent.

The room I was staying fur my vacation needs repairs. The TV was coming off the wall. Housekeeping was terrible. I always had to call for restack of tissue, water, towels. The mirrors were dirty, and there are fingerprints on the wall that can easily be cleaned. this is my third time at the hard rock and I was extremely disappointed with the service of housekeeping.
