Overall experience was great. Clean resort, clean rooms and facilities. Quiet vacation spot with a lot of activities and plenty of good food. Great choices and friendly staff. It would have been great if a shuttle for airport transfers was available from the hotel. The pools were clean and not congested. The beach was clean as well. Room service was excellent. The restaurants were nice. A lot of activities for kids. The only place I was disappointed was the Asian Food Restaurant. The food was undercooked and not tasty.

Let start with staff members, the best, I was treated like a queen, very clean, easy to get to places, a lot to do; the food fresh and delicious, it was fun perfect for family vacations. Only thing is if you don’t like to walk a lot this hotel is not for you. For me was perfect part of my walking routine.

Beautiful clean resort, and staff very friendly. The main pool doesn’t have a swim up bar, but there was always staff around to get drinks. The food was ok, buffet had large selection of food but fairly bland, and meat always dry. The restaurants were very nice we tried the Mexican, Italian, Steak house and the Japanese. Our favourite was the experience at the Japanese one. Entertainment at the resort was not the best. Not much on the go during the day, and the nightly shows at the theatre were mediocre. We enjoyed our stay but probably wouldn’t return.
