We LOVE Punta Cana Princess. We feel warmly welcomed every time we arrive. Staff is wonderful. This is a small adult resort and just perfect for us. We find the foods offered to be varied and delicious. Great beach - suffering a bit from rising ocean but the staff works hard to make it all work well.

I like that it was a smaller resort, no kids, and right on the beach. I was pleasantly surprised by their sustainability practices and recycling/waste program. That being said, the food at the buffet was not great. The fresh fruit and vegetables were fine but unless you got there right at the beginning of service, the hot food was not hot and seemed old. I visited the Italian restaurant which was good although it’s kind of hard to screw up a pasta dish. The Brazilian restaurant was very disappointing. Everything was overcooked and lacked flavour. I was ignored by servers and watched a couple next to me that arrived 20 minutes after I did receive multiple rounds of drinks before I even got my first. The rooms were not very clean. I have stayed at lower budget hotels/motels that were cleaner than this. I didn’t receive any new towels one day, tried to call but the phone was broken, tried to ask the maids for some and they kept directing me to someone else. I’ve worked as a professional cleaner and server before and expected WAY better service than I received here. There were a few employees that were great (a few at the buffet and the bartender at the snack bar). I did feel harassed and pushed by the tour/excursion guys. If I politely declined they would ask why. Just felt very uncomfortable. It wasn’t the worst experience (I was happy to hang by the beach all day) but I wouldn’t return nor would I recommend.

The service was amazing and the area is beautiful. Needed newer music around pool area and DJ talked too much. Had a little trouble getting service from the pool bar as I’m now 66 and invisible. I just went to the bar by the beach and tipped like crazy.

If you want spend time relax and quiet this hotel it's for you .. have some activities but most of time it's to relax all the staff are very friendly and helpful... The only thing that bother a lil bit it's the room that only get to 71F I really like to be really cold to sleep... Other than that it's great!

Closeness to beach and access to their sister property next door were great. The food was good and one of the highlights of my stay. The only issue I had was the state of the rooms. They are old and aren't able to get the mold humid smell from the rooms, so the place where im suppose to rest was not comfortable. It's difficult to enjoy the resort when you don't have sufficient rest and comfort, especially in your room. Staff were excellent and professional. My wife and I have nothing but great things to say about the resort. The room was perfect and the house keepers were awesome. The staff in the restaurants were amazing and treated us like we were family. Again everyone from the front counter down to the bar tenders. Will definitely be coming back to stay again.

terrible el bufet, muy pobre, decepcionante, todo lejisimo y la playa no es muy buena, las bebidas horrible, lo unico aceptable es la cerveza, despues es resto de bebidas malisimas y no incluyen nisiquiera marcas de ron nacional, totalmente decepconante, no lo recomiendo y no volveria jamas.
