"We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Majestic Elegance. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating for anything that we needed. We spent a lot of our time on the beach which was beautiful, other than some seaweed. The beach staff Felix, Santa, and Jenni were wonderful! JC our personal butler was also wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. "

"The resort was absolutely beautiful, especially the beach! Our room was always clean and cool, with plenty of towels, and the bathroom was spacious.They had trolleys that ran around the resort at regular intervals, which made it easier to get around. The place is huge, so be prepared to walk if you don’t catch the trolley but it’s totally worth exploring on foot, too! It also felt incredibly safe. Most of the time we left our things on the beach, at restaurants, or even at the club, and nothing was ever taken. One night, my sister lost her phone at the club, and the staff contacted her the next day to pick it up. We only tried the Japanese restaurant and the buffet. The buffet had a great variety of food, I was hoping for more traditional Dominican dishes, but the overall selection was still diverse. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and the poolside events at the swim-up bar were a solid 10/10, so much fun and great energy. Highly recommended!"
