Bournemouth 27th to 29th of September
The hotel staff were all very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was very good and the chef even bought me some sausages to the table when they were ready. Brilliant service. Would strongly recommended this hotel.

The property is fantastic, staff are wonderful the only down sides are breakfast you can only have scrambled eggs or cold hard boiled eggs they don’t do fried or poached. The other main issue is if you have very noisy guests in the next room and there is a joining door there is NO soundproofing. Had to get staff to speak to the guests as it’s not acceptable for late night shouting and swearing and then start again at 6am apart from that nice place They do allow take aways to be ordered and delivered as they don’t have a Resturant

I've got one word for the service and the reception staff : Excellent. Booking a room was easy, and the entire process from settling in to checking out, was well coordinated. A great place to stay, easy to get to and if you love the beach, it's a little walk away. I'd definitely stay here again and will recommend that my friends do too.

It has all been very comfortable and efficient with the staff friendly. The car park is an issue however. Very tight and problems getting in!

Overall, very nice day excellent room breakfast and staff couldn’t be faulted. Short walk to the seafront and Pavilion for an adorable park. All it needed to have made it a five star rating would be a grab handle in the shower where you entry an exit as it’s very slippery and I think the grab handle was in the wrong place and very small thing no toilet brush.
