The check in was kind of late we were told a 4 pm all the bottom rooms were taken by that time my Husband is Handicap would have been perfect down stairs not to mention the kids they were tired. the rooms were very clean but the outside of the property and the elevator needs an up grade over all i give it 3 stars. Thanks for the stay

Room was clean, easy check in, fridge and microwave, comfortable bed. Bathroom was run down, but everything worked. Area is not great, but it's walking distance to Knott's Berry Farm, save the $35 parking fee at Knott's. Reasonable price for what you get.

A place to rest your head
It's a convenient place to stay close to many attractions and stores/restaurants within walking distance. Nice to have a mini fridge and small microwave in room. The beds are not comfortable and the room we were in was not clean. Floor wasn't vacuumed, string and white small pills in several places easily visible on the floor. Long hairs on the bathroom floor and the shower walls.
