"Bfast was of poor quality for the price. Set up unprofessional and everything was side was. Tables set up for huge groups so a family could not enjoy a meal close. The floor was very sticky whenn walking. Y'all definitely need to up your game on the food if your going to charge that much. "

"The view from our hotel room was absolutely stunning. We were 50 floors up, and our window directly overlooked the 9/11 Memorial, the Oculus, and the Hudson River. Waking up to that view each morning was surreal—it felt like we were floating above the city. It was both peaceful and powerful to see such iconic and meaningful landmarks right outside our window. One of the biggest perks of the hotel was its location. Having a subway station right outside the entrance made getting around the city super easy and convenient. We were able to explore a lot without wasting time on travel, and everything felt within reach. The room itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. It had all the essentials we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The only hiccup we experienced was during arrival—GPS took us to a side of the hotel that was under construction, which made finding the entrance a little confusing at first. But once we got that figured out, everything else went smoothly. Overall, the combination of the incredible view, convenient location, and comfortable room made for a great stay. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"The hotel shuttle to the airport was prompt, and the driver was great. The front desk staff were wonderful, both checking in and checking out. I was exhausted from a long day of traveling, and the bottled water they provided set check-in was such a kind gesture. The room was clean and had a nice welcome message on the TV. A quiet stay despite close proximity to the airport. Would definitely stay here again! "
