If you are considering this hotel and you have anywhere to be on a schedule or expect to check in early, on time, or within hours of on time, rethink your choice. Guaranteed check-in is 3pm. We called multiple times to inquire about an early check-in which we knew was not guaranteed. However, we were traveling from out of state with an infant and small child and had a wedding to get to. I was told to call the morning of to check availability. Morning of we called as instructed and were told we would be able to check in at 2. On arrival, we were told the earliest the room would be ready would be 3:30. Again, guaranteed check in is at 3. I mentioned this was not going to work as we had to leave for a wedding. We were repetitively told the room would be ready in 20 minutes over and over again. At 5:45pm, there still was no room available. Room was finally available at 6pm. An absolute nightmare for a family with two young children to be stuck waiting in an unclean hotel lobby for 4 hours. At the very least, honest communication would have been appreciated as clearly the room was not being cleaned when we were told it was at 2:15 or multiple times thereafter. General manager is not reachable on weekends so be forewarned.

I was in town for a brief stay. I had multiple rooms for my family and I. The hotel is modern. The rooms were clean. However the ceiling had stains from water and different corners of the bed and walls were like chewed up and fray. The front desk attendant, Kenny was helpful but all his answers were a “matter of fact” like i was supposed to know the answer to my question already. The young lady that came in the next was very sweet and knowledgeable. One thing i will say is that this was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in my life of traveling. Different variety, hot breakfast and delicious. Great for children and good walking distance to stores even though they have everything you need at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was huge and had a lot of very nice amenities -- full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, dishes, dishwasher, kitchen table, couch, cozy armchairs, etc. My first night, they hadn't held a room for me, and the hotel they sent me to instead wasn't of the same level. Dining table and bathroom floor in room weren't well cleaned before I got there or after housekeeping picked up my tip the next day. I saw a roach when I heated up food in the room and decided to leave early. Staff were helpful with problems but I got the feeling they are not paid enough.

I absolutely love this hotel, great staff friendly and professional! I needed a late check out and they were very accommodating. Love that my suite had a full kitchen and more importantly a dish washer We love it here !
