"We booked an executive twin room for the 3 of us for my mums birthday. Check in took a little while but there was a gentleman handing out water to people waiting which was a nice touch. The room was lovely and spacious, even with the double sofa bed out. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. Free drinks in the mini bar and plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate in the room to keep us going. Access to the executive lounge was a bonus where we grabbed some snacks and drinks after a long day shopping. Lots of choice at breakfast, staff couldn't be more accomodating and wondeful. The only downside I could say is that the lifts did take a while. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely be back! "

"Great spot for a solo trip to London. Super cozy - the whole vibe of the hotel is to promote sleep, so the rooms are minimal and focus on your comfort and the lighting. For being in the middle of Piccadilly Circus, it was incredibly quiet. As a mom of two young kids, it was a much-needed city break in a cozy bed with uninterrupted sleep! Staying in a central location was great - close to the tube and a lovely walk toward any part of the city!"
