I travel with a small dog that is hypoallergenic and clean. These hotels always put you in the room that is designated for pets and it always seems to be the case that it smells really bad like a wet dog and the carpet is still wet I assume from it being cleaned.

The staff were helpful and informative. Upon a late check-in, I was given an upgrade to a suite for the hotel's convenience and at no additional cost to me. My only real issue was that the booking website advertised that this property operated an airport shuttle to John Wayne Airport. I was told the night before I was to depart that the hotel no longer operated the shuttle, which was clearly parked in the parking lot! The convenience of a shuttle was the primary reason I had chosen this hotel.

Hmm, not sure I'd repeat stay

It's nothing special, unfortunately. The shower head is a bit of a welcome surprise. There is one A/C for the entire room and it's in the living room ... as far from the bedroom as possible. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, but it's unbalanced so you'll have to listen to a constant thump if you turn it on.

Property was in a great location, close to everything! Staff was friendly. Our room was clean, decent, and spacious. Breakfast was a nice added bonus. The elevator closest to our room was out of order which was a little inconvenient since we were on the third floor. Behind us was a busy street which got noisy at times, but we managed okay. Overall, a great place to stay when visiting Orange County!
