We had to change rooms because of broken A/C unit and toilet. The rooms would be cleaned halfway leaving one of the beds without sheets and other unmade. Broken ironing board, missing iron. Rooms smelled muggy. Staff was nice and friendly.

I do not recommend the hotel. It is old, the rooms need renovation, horrible bathroom. First we were put in a room where air conditioning and TV did not work, then we asked to change the room. Everything worked, but the furniture and the bathroom were old. There was a tractor engine running under the window all night. Breakfast was in a room with a capacity of 10 people, there were not enough seats and had to sit in the lobby. The breakfast was dirty and there was little choice. I do not recommend the hotel, the current rating is undeserved.

Okay, but no service for spa and sauna
It was very promising but was very disappointed that the jacuzzi and sauna were out of service. The deciding factor for choosing this hotel was its selection of the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. So it was just upsetting that 2 of those were out of service with no information being provided if they would he fixed. Besides that, overall the stay was smooth and staff were good.
