"I really like this hotel for its proximity to the Colorado convention center and 16th St. The staff is always really friendly and the rooms are great. This was our first time staying on the Hyatt House side. I really enjoyed the extra space and the kitchen. There were a lot of families staying there this weekend for different activities, events, and competitions in the area. It felt very safe and family friendly. My only disappointment was the breakfast. I feel like there used to be more and better options. Both mornings they had the same pre-mix scrambled eggs with country potatoes and sausage, oatmeal, cereal, bread, etc. I do appreciate that they offer breakfast and fresh fruit, but would love to see some variety. Something as simple as adding scallions or peppers and cheese on the side of the eggs would be an improvement. Also, whole grain bread or bagels would be a nice upgrade. The lunch & dinner menu is very limited, too, but there are many great restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel for families, business trips, and single travelers. "

"It was a great central location to the 16th Street Mall. It was also located close to Ball Arena, 10-15 minute Über ride.Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. With valet parking or public pay to park close by. Will definitely book again. "

"We had a lovely stay and the restraunt in the hotel (Apple Blossom) had one of the BEST breakfasts we have ever had. Food was amazing! Highly recommend staying here and we will be back. Staff at the hotel was great and housekeeping were great about tidying while we were out. The bed was super comfy too. "
