"We loved our stay at The Fairmont Royal York! We celebrated our son’s birthday in style in the city and were treated so well. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion I would have is to make it more stroller / wheelchair friendly. We had to carry our stroller up and down flight of stairs from the main lobby to outside. We looked for a more accessible way but couldn’t find one. Many parents were doing the same thing. Even with the stroller issue, we would be back in a heartbeat! Thank you!"
