Affordable, easy access to slopes, walkable dining options. Rooms are well kept, clean & comfortable. Staff is always very friendly and helpful, will continue to use every time we visit Mammoth!

I came to visit with my partner and our dog from Los Angeles. The room was very clean and came with a TV and air conditioner/heater. The pet fee was $30 per night which I paid when checking into the property. The parking is free, but can be packed if arriving late. Shops and plazas are walking distance from this property as well.

Mammoth Lakes is beautiful and I just wish I had more time to explore. Clean fresh air, hiking areas and just beautiful serene spots all around.

Definitely an older property that is in the process of being updated. If you are going in a ski trip and want a very basic room, this is what you’ll get. We were expecting a little more modern. The switch to the bathroom light is actually in the shower, where you could easily be shocked. The carpeting on the stairs is old and rather worn. There was no one in the lobby when we arrived but there was a sign on the door indicating that there are no check ins until 3:00pm. Well probably skip this one on our next stay.

Not grand, but not bad for a reasonable price plus staff is so friendly. room is clean, location is close to shopping and restaurants. we stayed 2 nights. and definitely will come back next time.

This property appears to be a renovated motel from the 60's. The owners have done a fair job but parking and the entry way are hard to navigate as what was once a pool is now a fenced in nothing.
