Property was OK, a lot of Vagrants and Homeless in area and parking lot screaming profanities at the top of their lungs. Hotel did not allow us to check in until after 5pm. Said they were understaffed and the rooms could not be cleaned any earlier.

If you’re looking to save a buck avoid this place like the plague. Transients in parking lot, either way, if your the dad booking a stay go to the best western just down the street it’s fabulous.

the Environmental Health division of the Department of Public Health's Lodging and Institutions Program would likely shut this place down if they came onto the property. Would not recommend. The pet area was deeply concerning as it is clear that no one cleans it. The artificial turf was saturated with dog urine as you walked on it. The room was just okay. Mattress was terrible, towels were small and dingy and the shower curtain was torn and stained. The entire property looks dilapidated!

This time when I stayed in this hotel the experience can not compare to when I stayed here in 2018, though the hotel was remodeled. In 2018, the staff was nice to give me the room opposite to the road which was very quiet. This time I asked the staff to give me a similar room, but she said there is no room have the double beds as I booked, I told her that I can stay with a single bed. But she just gave me a room not in opposite direction.

The room in general was clean, however there was a unique odour (musty?). Utilized the laundry facilities which were convenient and clean, laundry soaked p, Bounce sheets and Oxy Clean available for purchase in a vending machine. There was quite a bit of arguing coming from the alley? Vacant lot behind building? Not certain. Area was suspect with obvious drug activity. The staff was friendly and helpful.

RUN(DRIVE), AWAY, FAST
I DID NOT STAY HERE. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew it was a STRONG NO, NEVER, EVER The place is bad, in a bad area of town and the sketchy folks in the parking lot gave me a BAD BAD Vibe. One only needed to look at the Holiday Inn next door which was like a FORTRESS to know that it was not a good area. 6' high walls around holiday inn, cameras and only one way in through a gate. This motel 6 is a NO, NEVER , EVER. I even ATE the 120$ dollars because it was too late to cancel. AVOID this area and this motel at all co$ts
