Awful experience.
This was an absolutely awful experience and stay. The lobby is completely deceiving of what the place is actually like. Incredibly dirty with stains on the walls and bugs in the beds, no service, terrible wi-fi, etc. Do not come here.

Room was very unclean, parts of the wall falling apart and incredibly dirty, tv remote didn't work, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom extractor fan didn't work, sink didn't drain properly, no amenities provided, and only one set of plug sockets in one corner of the room. Not satisfied and not worth the money I paid for it

Room service didnt even clean the room or change the sheets to the bedding. All they did was lazily threw the beds together. Didnt even change out our towels. They propably only went in there to snoop around and steal anything not locked in our suitcases. Room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. Didnt have hand towels. Toilet didnt even had a flush button. The thing didnt flush after first use. No shampoo, conditioner or body soap. Would give zero stars if I could. Place needs to go out of business.

I would give this hotel a solid 2 star review and that is mostly for the fact it was less than a 5 minute walk to the tube station. Check in was quick and friendly and I went up to my room. I had booked a triple and found there was only 1 double power socket in the whole room. Which I thought wasn't enough for the size of the room offered. I moved the beds around to a better configuration for me and noticed the floor had not been hoovered behind these single beds. Tea and coffee facilities were available but there were no spoons or wooden stirrers to actually stir anything with which was problematic. I was staying 2 nights with family and when the sheets were changed after the first night, I noticed some small stains on the clean sheets. Granted I did not complain about this and perhaps things would have changed had I done this. Positives - Close to station, cheap Negatives - Pretty shabby room, lack of power sockets, bathroom sink did not drain quickly

Very dirty.
We ended up staying in london one more night than anticipated. Booked the lily hotel as thr pictures looked alright and it was close to where we needed to be. Dont let the pictures fool you. These were taken probably when the hotel was new. Seriously misleading. The room was beyond damaged, dirty and generally run down. All fixtures were broken. If booking a last minute hotel room wasnt so expensive id of left and found another hotel. Partly my own fault for not reading reviews first but this hotel would need serious funding to bring it back up to a nice clean standard. 0/10 will avoid

Old Hotel.
Very basic hotel. Small and cramp bathroom with toilet flush that doesn’t work sometimes. Leaky shower head. However very convenient for public transport as train station is only 3 mins walk.

Great location but terrible rooms
Sorry the room was run down and not cleaned properly there was greasy hands prints and marks along the wall near the bed asked for a room change but had to wait till the morning, ask them in the morning to make it easy for them we stay in the room as long they can clean the walls etc, when we came back we can smell the bleach very strongly but walls wasn't completely clean or the floors as you can still see the dust along the skirting boards, bed was comfy and clean same as towels( if you don't mind them being small) we asked for extra pillows but they didn't have keys to get us them and said we need to ask in the morning, it's sad how the rooms are treated just need TLC and care it's in a good location just not great inside.

Lifts were filthy. Rooms old and worn and not the cleanest. Although it had tea and coffee and a cup . The room had no kettle . Tv had no remote . Outside and reception looks nice but once you enter the lifts it’s a different story .

Unfortunately I made the booking without reading the reviews thoroughly. I take most reviews with a pinch of salt but the overwhelming consensus was not only was this hotel bad, it was actually dangerous. I tried to cancel my booking but wasn’t allowed. I also tried to change my dates but again, wasn’t allowed. As a result I didn’t turn up and booked another hotel 100m down the road, wasted money but slept safely!! Not Hotels.Com fault but do question why they advertised a hotel that is potentially a threat to someone.

Found syringes and other paraphernalia stashed above the bathroom mirror light. Black hand prints all over the wall next to the bed. Many of the lights didnt work. Smoke detector held to the ceiling with masking tape. Almost zero hot water pressure. I could feel every spring in the mattress. I dont believe the floor has ever been mopped. Lesson learned i wont be staying on my next trip.

For a budget hotel I was really impressed by the cleanliness and the customer service. I booked the double room although I went solo. The room was spacious for a single person but I think it would be too small people. I arrived well before check in time but the receptionist was so sweet he still checked me into my room . I was impressed at the cleanliness of the room and bathroom . The towels were nice and fluffy. The hotel is only 2-3min walk from the tube station with excellent and quick connection to central London .
